B&B rates

Our B&B prices are per night, based on two people sharing a room.

• deduct £20 for single occupancy
• add £10 per night for a dog staying in our twin room, if agreed
• add £25 to £45 per night for an extra bed in our twin room,
  (for children over six, or an adult or younger child if the same party is booking both rooms)
• usually a minimum booking of two nights at weekends or three nights during bank holidays

Self catering or room only rates

Our self catering prices are per night, based on two people sharing a room.

• deduct £15 for single occupancy
• add £10 per night for a dog staying in our twin room, if agreed
• add £20 to £40 per night for an extra bed in our twin room
  (for children over six, or an adult or younger child if the same party is booking both rooms)
• please note, there is a microwave but no toaster, hob or oven
• usually a minimum booking of two nights and a maximum booking of four nights
• no daily housekeeping but we would arrange cleaning and linen changes during a longer stay

Deposit

We normally ask for a small non refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment is by cash or cheque only on arrival.

Regular or long term guests

For guests who stay at 55a regularly during week days, we offer a significant reduction on our standard tariff.
